QUESTION:
Do you know why I get a forbidden message when I try to access our website?

ANSWER:
If you do not have a homepage in your public_html folder, you will see an error message. Remember that the default URL for your homepage is index.htm. (When we had the server failure a while back, all the files were deleted from all the school websites hosted on our server. Until a school's files were uploaded again, the public saw the "forbidden" message.)
